When selecting kitchen taps, you will surely not face any shortage of choices as there are many types to choose from. Some of the types of kitchen taps are explained below.
Single lever taps
Single lever taps are actually mixer taps that come with just one handle to manage the flow of water coming from the cold as well as the hot water supply. Single lever taps are for those who prefer a modern and a minimalist design as it looks pretty simple and non-fussy. It is just one tap and comes with either one or two mounting points and has only one valve.
Monobloc mixer tap
Monobloc mixer taps are another type of kitchen mixer taps that come with a smaller input pipe than those compared to the standard taps Monobloc kitchen mixer taps are of the modern look and design and have just one valve and require only one mounting point.
Bridge mixer tap
Bridge mixer tap is another type of kitchen mixer tap which comes in a traditional look and design. It has three inter-connecting tubes. The tap is located in the middle and the cold and hot water controls on either side. With just one tap, there are two mounting points and two valves.
